With a background in educational and institutional psychology, specialising in psychoanalysis, has dedicated her energies to developing creative working groups. Has extensive training in other fields and life experiences which inform her thinking and give a particular insight and approach to problems. She is also trained in the fine arts and creativity and has participated in independent research groups investigating the development of aesthetics, ethics and the integration of religions.
Marina works at the intersection of capacity building, social art and field work. She designs creative spaces that foster collaboration and positive change. As a consultant, trainer and coach, she supports individuals and organisations in realising their transformative potential. With expertise in education, psychology and the arts, Marina brings a unique perspective on human development and group work. She has worked with organisations such as UNDP, InterAction Council and CPMRC Argentinian Congress, and co-founded U.Lab Hub Firenze, a space for innovative ecosystems.
